Welcome Sam :)
Hey Everyone,
My name is Rob and I signed up about a week ago. I've transitioned from runner to triathlete to roadie in the past 4 years or so and have really enjoyed my time getting into the sport. I've been racing primarily on the road the past year and recently moved up to Cat 4. It was great to meet some of you folks at the Meet Kissena ride and to talk to you at the recent L&C race! Look forward to meeting up for some rides and eventually getting into a Kissena kit.
Welcome @RobertMullen
Welcome!
Cheers Robert. Robert is also a serious weapon for the Cat 4 team.
Welcome Robert. Looking forward to seeing you on a group ride
Welcome!!
Thanks everyone!
Hey Everyone,
My name is Matt. I've been riding for about 5 years now and spend most of my free time nerding out about bike tech and pro races (my friends and family just smile and nod at this point). I've never raced before, but I'm looking forward to learning the ropes, training hard and taking my riding to the next level. I met a bunch of guys last week at the Meet Kissena Ride, and can't wait to meet everyone and get some good group rides!

Here's a photo of me giving some sweet finger guns after being asked if I'd ride for cookies.

Welcome Matt!!!
Welcome to the Club Matt.

Welcome Matt! Look forward to racing Cat 5’s with you!
Hello everyone,

My name is Josh. I am very new to cycling. I picked-up cycling to lose weight and quickly realized I enjoy the competitive aspect of the sport. I took part in a few Cat 5 races this year and my results were very poor. I’m not the strongest rider, but I will certainly work to improve next season. I plan to train hard during winter and become a competative Cat4 in 2019. I would appreciate any/all advice.

Cycling is fun, but I am truly looking forward to making new friends...solo riders are brutal.  Thank you for the opportunity to join Kissena.

Same to you Josh!
Welcome, Matt and Josh!
Welcome to the club @Joshua Wilson
Welcome Matt and Josh!
Welcome both!

Quick shout out to Josh who last week provided top notch first aid and guidance to a rider who went down and came up bloody after colliding with a car near GWB!
Hey Josh and Matt 👋 See you guys out there.
Welcome Josh!!
welcome Matt and josh! good meeting you on Saturday josh - was a lot of fun.
Nice meeting you Sam. Sorry, my introduction came mid-race...had to be awkward? Thanks for trusting the strange guy, in the strange dark-side kit. Maybe next year our attack with stick. Until then, good luck in graduate school. YOU WILL DO GREAT!

Hang on a second! Cat 5 race report!
Hi Everyone,
My name is Remy. I just joigned Kissena this week. I have been on and off the bike for roughly 10 years. Mostly using my commute as my training. I have never raced, only completed a few sportives. I'd like to start racing this year as I decided to be more focused on my training. I am sure the club will be a great help for that.
It was nice meeting some of you last week and I am looking forward to riding with other members.

Welcome to the club Remy!!
Welcome @Remy Forgues

Welcome to the Team @Remy Forgues
Thanks everyone! Looking forward to be riding with the team.

Hi Everyone,

My name is Kyle and I've just joined Kissena! I've been on and off the bike for the last two years, but this year I've started taking cycling more seriously. I am planning to start racing this upcoming season and I am riding this winter in anticipation of that.  Right now, I am trying to make a training plan and find potential races, so any and all advice is welcome and appreciated.

I do my weekday rides in prospect park before work. If anyone else does that too let me know, maybe we can coordinate. I'm looking forward to meeting everyone in person and getting in on a few group rides with the team.
