Watch Crit Dreams by Angus Morton

In his latest film, Crit Dreams, Angus Morton follows the story of the criterium team, American Cycling. Against the quaint backdrop of quiet suburban houses and local bike races, a story about humanity, redemption, identity, love and sacrifice unfolds.

Rachel Jary has written a piece about the film in the latest issue of Rouleur and we're also delighted to offer Rouleur members an exclusive chance to view the film. Follow the link below to find the movie, which you can watch in the app or stream to your TV via Airplay or Bluetooth.

For more about the film, read our article on the app or in the magazine if you are a print subscriber.

What on earth makes a middle aged woman do this

Liquor, apparently.
I don't know, I've been drunk once or twice in my day and never tried to actively destroy a human being.
Not surprising that he didn't perform this past weekend :)

You might remember these photos of me and @cormacmcgo in wigs and makeup from doing stunt work for a movie with @matthewmodine. Well it’s OUT THIS WEEK so look for Hard Miles at your local theater. If you’re coming to @whiskeytangofondo, we have a screening for you (no charge but thanks for any donation to @sierraclubangeles) or if you’re in LA join me at @theculvertheater Saturday night for a screening and Q and A.
If you have not watched the Women's Liege, go check it, it was amazing.

After picking up my number at the Bike New York popup yesterday, I ambled through their expo.  Kryptonite was there, as usual.  I chatted with some of the guys and they were almost crowing about how they got ridiculous publicity from a NYPD deputy commissioner who claimed that their New York Chain wasn't a bike security tool.  Seemed typical, but I didn't know what he was talking about.

Well, thanks to Late Night with Seth Meyers, I now know.

Ultra running, not cycling but I enjoyed this dramatically more than I expected:

Enjoyed this too, sure is starting to look like Evita Muzic could become the next female superstar, reminds me of the way Vollering was racing 4 ~ 5 years ago.

What I would give to have listened to the pitch for that one.
I would 1000000% use this over zwift.
How did they know that cyclists dream of riding canon bedecked pedal boats?
Hey folks - I've got 3 (free) tix to Phil Penman's "Behind the Binding" lecture on Saturday, Jun 29th, 11a-1p at the Leica store. I'm unfortunately out of town that weekend so can not go, so happy to give them to whoever is interested.

For those of you not in the know, Phil is one of the most important street photogs and journalists of his generation having captured a few iconic images from 9/11 and is friendly with the cycling community, both locals and pros.

Let me know!
