Anyone know why Foundation's A-team is not out contesting Tour of America's Dairyland? They did it last year, and they've been doing other NCC races?

also i think those are not USAC upgrade points, but Regional Orthopedics Tuesday Series points for their own internal standings...  upgrade points confuse me.  race results don't publish number of starters, which are needed to pick the right column in USAC's charts.  edit: i'm more than happy to spend the summer and then some in the 4's, getting mah lurn on

@Wump just because he can bridge from the back of the pack up to the chase group, drop those guys like they were riding Citi bikes and then solo away with ease... I don't know why you think drugs would have anything to do with it...

He probably just trains really hard and pays attention to marginal gains like making sure he pins his numbers on REALLY aerodynamically...

Was this the same Foundation rider who did the wild gesticulating X-Pac arm waving performance after winning a park race last year?  I mean, these guys know it's a small amateur race and they're not really very good, right?

i don't understand the level of hate here, who says they're not just having fun doing silly shit at the line...why is this escalating into a doping discussion...? they won the race, they're happy, let them be- Being a little cocky never hurt anyone and It might be douchy so what?

i'd kinda understand it if he were an actual gladiator quieting baying romans after successfully killing a lion with his bare hands.  as it is, he's an amateur bike racer quieting people that in fact weren't saying a word anyway.

Part of cycling is accusing fast people of doping.

^ to add, we were actually cheering and clapping.  perhaps he just doesn't like the attention and was asking us to spare his blushes.

I feel that spontaneous displays of celebration (e.g. shouts, yelps, fist pumps) seem natural and unpretentious.  His showboating seems premeditated and inauthentic, as if he spent a lot of time in front of a bathroom mirror trying out victory salutes.

I saw them.  That the comments are made doesn't make it automatic.  

When there is a winner, there's often an allegation. The media is guilty of it too and It's something that bothers me quite frankly. I know cycling has a long way to go as we're perhaps in a period of transition but harping at it constantly is getting very old very quickly.
Look, I'm not saying we should take everything for face value and it's legitimate to question things but this is me venting and this comes after saying this person did a douchy salute; fair enough: its dumb but it's cute in retrospect when you consider that this is floyd and that he was having a laugh. Take it for what it is, that's all. Why doping all of a sudden?
