I like the note that USAC is not broadcasting it, but now is in one of the country's leading newspaper.
Perhaps I am wrong, but I hope this doesn't have a major effect, as I would guess, most Masters or Amateurs that would use it but don't need it, are probably on it already, regardless of any rules.

This article makes me sad for racing. USAC/USADA is just saying ok to doping, because it realizes it doesn't want to fight all of the arbitration cases that will come from their rules.
What have we come to that it is ok to dope because you're not winning? this is a sad state of affairs.

In the spirit of not letting anything go....ever...so I can slap a testosterone patch on right in front of a race promoter....but I can't enter a race after a promoter posts an incorrect start time???
So what exactly happens when "therapeutic use" morphs into "performance enhancing use" and some old cocker wins one of these races??? David Anthony anyone???

If some joker *really* wants a TUE to dope and win... he doesn't need a TUE - he can just dope and win. Nobody is testing anything, ever.

She's the fall girl for something seriously fishy in the Low Countries. Not to belittle her, but a 19YO is not the mastermind of a scheme to put motors in bicycles to compete at the top level of the sport. How many victories have been mechanically aided over the years??? Never know...but I'm betting there were plenty...especially in the years when nobody knew what was up. I propose there has been somebody out there who has been very quietly installing motors in the bikes of top pro's for years. Why top pros & why the small customer base? 2 reasons, money & exclusivity. Top pros can afford to pay. Exclusivity ensures that 1. the guy with the motor wins 2. the secret remains secret.
Armstrong paid for an exclusive with Ferrari....You think if Ulrich had access to Ferrari all those years he finished 2nd he wouldn't have won? The efficacy of any competitive advantage is hindered when your competition has access to the same advantage.
