How is it we don't have this discussion yet?

So many folks are doing CX now, and we all have skills and techniques we need to practice. Rather than mushing with either the PP or CP training threads, I thought it was a good idea to make a new thread.

I have some uphill sprint intervals (carrying a bike) to practice tomorrow. I was thinking these would be slightly less awful if I did them with some friends. Who's in for 6AM GAP meetup, some rolling around kind of warmup and then onto running uphill?
