Oh for sure I have the King Kog Google Spreadsheet. It's a valuable
resource, but it doesn't have a date for HPCX registration so I asked the forum. I was
hoping a Kissena might have the scoop.
Trebon no more.

Here's a photo I took at what was my first race, Supercross 2007.

Eloy you should tweet that to him. He'd really appreciate it I bet.
Did I just race the first CX race of the season? https://www.bikereg.com/syracuse-bicycle-cyclocross-festival-at-rebarn20

looking hot!!

Amazing 3 hours of riding the sandy trails of northwest woods easthampton #crossiscoming

That looks a lot wider and friendlier than Cunningham.
@PatrickG, switched to a 1cm shorter stem , handing is much improved , espescially on the short , sharp, technical climbs - great tip , thanks
so.much.awesome.
Granogue is Sunday.

Registration closes Wednesday.

Here's a bit on the course:

and a bit on the new flyover, bcs american cyclocross needs more flyovers apparently.

in true granogue fashion the flyover is called:
"Delaware Memorial Bridge of Delaware"
@Brendan Rigby - looking good. Especially love the matching orange derailleur cable housing

@Mark Taylor Glad the tip was helpful. Now you'll be aero and agile!
Any cyclocross mini clinic in PP soon???
Not exactly a clinic. But was planning on doing a look sharp grass edition this Thursday.

Simple:
6:30am this Thursday on Prospect Park. Bring your cyclocross bike. I will bring cones and barriers.

We'll practice skills and drills for about an hour or so.

Important: you must look sharp.

Meet at the location -- if you don't know the location, it is exactly where you would get a lobster roll on a Sunday, except you'll be there Thursday at 6:30am w your cross bike.

Just in case this is what sharp looks like:

I will be there.
Yes! Count me in!!
Wow! I'm gonna have to dig out some knobbies :)
Jules is fully expected tomorrow to provide the sharpness.
Rain expected tomorrow morning? Is it still on???
Isn't mud considered the pinnacle of beauty in euro style cx?
For now it is on. I'll post here if canceled.

It is important to ride when wet, as when else can you practice -- but a much higher priotity is not damaging the park.

YES

(but don't fuck up our park)

RIde is on.
Sharpness was exhibited.
Indeed things appear to be pointy.
I've got a great "omg I don't know what the f*&*& I'm doing" face.

No that's the "holy shit this is fun" face. You're probably stuck with that but don't feel bad - most CX'ers never get over it.
To be honest you don't ever "know" what your doing in CX, you just get faster at it.
Thanks to Eloy for taking me around his orange-cone-of-humiliation course this morning!

I forgot how good my bike looks with road wheels off and CX wheels back on

and then I promptly rolled my front wheel and ate shit

but it was hella fun anyway.
