Hi guys, hoping I can get some insights from the group on this one.
My bike's recently started having a clicking noise coming from the drivetrain while pedaling. Based on the noise going away when wheels are swapped, it seems isolated to the rear wheel. Mechanic at LBS checked several different things (chain, spokes, shifting, etc). Noise went away when he put the rear wheel back on and tightened everything back up. After some climbing today, the noise is back. I have the Ritchey WCS Zeta II's (just over a year old now, never been crashed or damaged). The mechanic was thinking the freehub might need looking at or need an overhaul.
Since I'm still relatively new to this, I wanted to ask the group if this sounds reasonable, or if anyone else has run into this with the Ritchey wheels.
