Am I allowed to complain about PhDs who don't know the English language:

"Being cognate in the timing of your nutrients becomes critical for recovery and body composition changes"

What the hell does this mean? If one substitutes 'cognizant' for cognate, then the sentence starts to make sense. But then I am stymied by 'body composition changes'. Is she worried about getting fat?

I am also annoyed about the shameless plugs for her company's product without giving full disclosure.

And can you see Owens coming home to a bowl of nonfat greek yogurt with manuka honey? Manuka honey? Huh? I thought she had a PhD.

I know almost nothing about the Co-op but from what I've heard, the Daily News did the right thing sending in a war photographer, those Park Slope Mom's are dangerous, you have to have nerves of steel to work around them.
