That was his own fault. He was riding this asstacular prototype merckx
made him with like 440 chainstays or some dumb ass thing like that....took
out a parking meter soloing to the line. I think he bent it backwards he
hit it so hard

Hitting the car was epic. There were three dudes rotating an echelon full
tilt and as the lead moto passed him he went to draft it and there was a
car parked on the road that the moto was hiding. B o o m.

What's the points multiplier for successfully passing drug tests?
He was supposed to land on it, duh.

Kind of amazing that they didn't pony up to support Harlem last year, and then pull this out.
Bonus points for evading anti doping. Sort of like a zombie-run

Probably should cross post this; but wow I'm happy to be riding with OSMO rather than the alternative

Quite the interview he gave..."It's crazy right....well I'll leave it at that for now".  This guy is so full of shit he is going to float away.  This guy is just like Chris Carmichael...take the credit for doped athletes success and cash in on the good will.  L.A. has been adamant about not doping in 09 & 10.  There is clearly a legal angle for his denials for those years.  I suspect the government is going to ask Dr. Lim to testify under oath at some point....at which point he best come clean.  I am certain a government lawyer would love to take down a doping dr.  as that would look great in his/her legal palmares.  Lim better sell all his powdered goods before the government labels him a doping enabler.  Otherwise we will be buying his crap on clearance at Nashbar.com
My guess is that he got out of the pro racing game because he knew the doping allegations would keep on surfacing and more proof would appear.  He also coached and shared a house with Michael Barry when Barry got on the Postal program.  Yes, he knew, knew lots, and was at the very least an enabler.  (this is also why I think Barry is full of shit when he claims he didn't think doping made much difference--he was an early power meter proponent thanks to Lim and had lots of access to Lim as well)

having written that, he and Carmichael are not at all alike.  Carmichael is/was a celebrity chef of a coach, who didn't have much of a grounding in training science, while Lim really did amazing work leading up to his doctorate and is a fairly hyperactive thinker.
The real story is group ride material. Whose up for going slow

Lim's doctorate & "hyperactive" thinking are his indictment.  Someone with his knowledge of exercise physiology knows damn well what a doped performance looks like.
I was NOT comparing the knowledge of training science between Allen Lim and Chris Carmichael.  In that race, Lim drops Carmichael.  In the race of shameless opportunists, it's a bike throw and a photo finish.  Carmichael and Lim both acquiesced to athlete's doping in order to further their own careers and line their pockets.  Screw both of these charlatans!   Here is what Lim had to say about Ricco:After Riccardo Ricco was busted at the 2008 Tour, Lim said that Ricco's w/kg was something nlike 6.5 for 20 minutes at the top of the last climb on the stage he soloed to victory, and that to do that, he either needed drugs or was a greyhound-human hybrid.
They are not carbon copies of one another, lim is CC b v2.0

Couldn't find the video clip from Off Limits but I believe it was words to the effect of, "You are floating in a sea of s*hit..."

The turd comparison seems a bit beyond the point...
It doesn't matter because the ends justify the means
6.5 watts ?  That's cute...
