That's pretty awful.  Hate seeing photos of wrecked bikes, knowing the riders got hurt.  Was just watching some clips Sunday night of Degenkolb sprinting.  I like the comments in the article, trying to change the word accident to crash, attempting to move this type of thing from a shrugged-off insurance claim to personal and criminal liability.  

I read that the Spanish police have arrested the driver and have charged her with Spanish equivalent of reckless endagerment. she was driving a right hand drive (British side) car, in Spain a left-hand drive country and was driving on the wrong side of the road.
