Yes...sort of. I did. And the Supercross twitter did. But you know, it would be nice if club members re-tweeted it too.

Of course the CX community right now is otherwise occupied with all the business that's going on in Northampton. So, my feeling is that come Monday/Tuesday, it's our time to shine. It's the next UCI race on the calendar.

In the early nineties -- when I was actually skinny -- would finish a MTB race, and stay at the line, often with my friend then Venezuelan national champion Luis Mesa. We would be in complete awe of riders finishing literally hours after we did. Yes, we raced hard, but omg, it was a struggle for some of these people. In our eyes, they did the real effort, they were more deserving of reward.

Adam you are welcome to use my Spooky...size 56 with a 70mm stem and 170mm cranks...I have not been riding much since August (new job and more graduate school)...Pride and vanity preclude me from showing up at the triangle out of shape (I've got a reputation to protect)

I might take you up on the bike offer, you sure you don't want to join on a casual spin up over the GWB?  Can probably find an additional bike.

Peloton, when it comes to reviews, is basically in the advertorial business.  Their review guy, Ben Edwards, was doing advertorial video reviews where he got paid by the gear companies for him to package a review of their product. Looking at the attached video, it looks like he's still at it.  

Look at this quote, "Using its own essentially hack-proof wireless signal called Airea and going 1,000 kilometers between charges SRAM has gone to the head of the component class with a stunning product."  How do they know it's "hack-proof" other than by SRAM's claims?  Going 1,000km between charges is no big deal; Shimano made that same claim when Di2 was introduced--and theirs can go over 1,000mi these days.  SRAM reps claimed that it does well more than 1,000km when I heard their spiel, but somehow, such info didn't make the cut.
