Don't know.  I found myself wondering about that helmet.  Limar, which makes it, sells an accessory spoiler that attaches to the rear and supposedly improves aerodynamics.  Haven't seen any testing of either though.  

Alex Dowsett was working with Cav in the wind tunnel to get more Cav more aero optimized and he is a big proponent of aero helmets since it’s low hanging fruit. I have to assume that helmet tested the best and was the best available option

I like the candor of Remco for sure. He's obviously young and immature, and the two segments are stark. He insulted his team, complained about rivals, showed mostly a huge ego. Jonas was grateful, talked tactics, gave kudos to Tadej and Remco. No secret I am a Jonas fan boy though, but the proof is there. Remco may be annoyed, but he's talking about solidifying podiums, and Tadej/Jonas are concerned with winning the race.

I also think Visma and UAE raced exceptionally well as teams. Clearly all are on the same page now, maybe a few days late for UAE, but there's cohesion. Was awesome to see so many different tactics, and the big breakaway group using rotating pace lines so much to maintain their gap on the paved segments. 

From a strategic perspective, Jonas rode super well. "why am I gonna work here?" Saving matches for the next couple of weeks, when he could potentially get big gaps. Had he worked, he would have risked Remco and Pogi dropping him later in the stage...

Totally boring, but he's playing the same game they are. Will be exciting to see what happens in the mountains. My (and I think everyone's) gut is that Tadej is going to obliterate everyone in the mountains. No prisoners.

I interpreted Jonas' reluctance to pull as a way to keep pressure on Remco by keeping the gap to his rivals small. Jonas will make a gap when it's a gap for him, and not for Remco.

Agree it's always great when the riders speak their minds.
