Use the app on your phone to "friend" people, need to find them while riding that is the tricky thing.David Yang said:Jim, I added Yacks as a friend on Zwift but forget how. Maybe after he gave me a "thumbs up" during a ride? So the last time I jumped on a ride and he was already on I was given the choice whether to join him or not. I tried that option but it didn't work maybe because he was already moving fast on another ride?

The joke is that everything is a beta release product and that you have paying customers do the QC and testing for you

https://youtu.be/wX8zhOrsOpgYes, a thousand times yes. Other than short sprints, I despise doing all structured interval workouts outside. Back in the day, when I was training and racing in the Scottsdale, AZ "region;" they had miles and miles and miles of traffic light free 2-3% grade roads that were a reasonably good substitute for the precision of the trainer. But out here? Not so much.twoyacks said:Makes sense to me....I try and do 20 minute intervals at 270-280 watts indoors...my race watts are always higher....me's thinks the indoor stuff with resistance all the way around actually makes me stronger than just riding outside...sort of like riding a fixed gear...anyway I've always been my fittest after a winter of heavy indoor riding.
I'm micro dosing the second I hit send...David Yang said:With the winter storm becoming more and more likely I propose meeting at the start line at 8am and rolling out at 8:05 as we would normally do from Brooklyn Bridge.
At the start of the race should be a list of riders you can ride with. I'll try to be online early enough so that people can look for me (same name, under the Korean flag). I've never tried the "chat" function, but if ya'll are into it, I'm happy to set up a Google Hangout and we can talk/vid conference that way.
