My nurse just told me the kits are in. Is it true??? Don't

The following question/rant just points to my utter lack of knowledge of the real world lives of most of you guys.

But what the WHAT? is going on with that video of cool guy wearing our new kit that supposedly hasn't been delivered yet.

Seriously though, how did we get a non-existant kit onto a random rider and who the hell taped the whole damn thing and edited it all together in a piece of bike porn (errr, more like Sinemax)?

Are the kits in yet ? I heard Baby Boy Bertucco already has his, and he hasn't even been delivered yet !

As part of the complete kit redesign we ordered a very small number of pieces - each slightly different to see exactly how the various designs elements would look after manufacture.  What looks good on a pdf or computer screen isn't always what looks good in production.  (Thank goodness we did, but that's another story)

Greyson the featured actor in the video is part of the Anti Anti studio that did our redesign, and a recent Kissena Joiner (I suppose that might make the awesomest new member photo ever!) who had a heavy hand in the redesign.

Anti Anti was doing a promotional photo shoot covering the studio in general, and the KCC50 kit is part of their portfolio of art.  Modern DLSR's being what they are, at the end of the photo shoot they had a "Hey lets make a video" moment.  Later that night the badass video was released.

Hence the video.

The order we are all waiting for is 400+ pieces and wending its way here, arrival time still unknown.

Dude, can we get a Kit Tracker App? Something that combines the excitement of watching a slow boat cross thousands of miles of trackless oceans, with the thrill of imagining opening up exotic vermin infested packing crates.

With this additional power in their chubby fins, the barge carrying our precious cargo should arrive before August 19th, barring any intervention by USADA...

Speaking of, maybe we should have a kit party when the stuff arrives?  Meet at a bar, Jules brings the gear, we buy all his drinks?  Maybe get a firm head count beforehand so he knows he's leaving empty-handed?
