Jules - why do skinsuit owners need to return them ?

Ian, all the skinsuits were printed with at least one error.  New ones are on their way; current owners need to return the incorrect ones for exchange.

Do I need to drop off my non-stitched bibs for replacement?

Jules, I can't see any errors but I will return anyway, thank you for being so diligent.

Given the issues with the skinsuits, the razor shorts before that. Not too mention the tales of kit not surviving regular washing, uncomfortable pads and killer leg grippers have we ever considered changing supplier ?
Ideally one that ships on time.

My club in the UK used Bio-racer for a while, but we had so many issues we switched to Giordana. It took a while for people to adjust to the price increase, but the stuff fit perfectly, lasted for ever and was delivered quickly.

I am sad to return my skinsuit. I haven't even had time to get it super muddy in a CX race that I have to squeeze the mud out of the chamois.

@Ian: I can't speak to any issues before this order, but errors in manufacturing are a reality of the business.

We used to have giordana and they were great. But championsys (aka charlie issendorf) is a sponsor and there are political considerations. And Jules is right, we do benefit from a special relationship.

Jules, do we have to wash the skinsuit first? :-P It's just that I've still not washed mine from the track champs.

jules - whats the deadline for getting the skinsuit back? we have several crits coming up and I'd like to use it. My worry, and its a small worry, is that I turn mine in but the replacement will not arrive... I thought we would send ours back when the new ones arrived?

New Skinsuits will be dropped off at Ride Brooklyn on Monday September 3rd.
