JP is correct, but for the sake of brevity, here goes my more specific, but stupid ass long, suggestions

Basic essential

• Performance+ Jersey White Short Sleeve, but with the extra length (do not get the blue)

• Performance bib Blue

Basic augment

• Get the essential again (one performance+ jersey, one performance bib)

• Race Gloves (don’t get the summer one)

• Performance Summer Sleeve - Arm warmers (this is a lighter version)

• Performance Cap (skip the euro or others)

• Tech+ Vest - Blue (this is a basic gilet, is what you bring on iffy weather, it can easily be stored in a jersey pocket)

Racing kit

• Performance Race Suit Short Sleeve White (this has no collar, and a full zip front, get it with pockets, do not get the blue)

• Performance Cyclocross Skinsuit Lite Long Sleeve White (this has a collar, and also a full zip front, get it with pockets, do not get the blue, you do not want the not lite version, you want the lite)

Spring/Fall/Winter

• Performance Arm Warmer

• Tech Jersey blue – long sleeve (this doesn’t appear as an option anymore, so maybe consider the performance version. I have many of the tech version, long sleeve, it is the jersey that I wear the most by far)

• Performance+ Wind Vest - Blue (this has pockets and its the vest I wear if I know I will keep it on the full ride, it is also a piece that I have many and wear likely as often as the jersey above)

Winter

• Leg warmers

• Full finger gloves

I'm a big fan of the summer jerseys.  They're basically mesh so it's almost like not wearing a jersey at all.
