FYI I put in a request for a one time fit discount (see details in the link Greg added in the announcement above) - and they responded within an hour and sent a code to use on a replacement order. So that's awesome.

I'm replacing a CX speed suit - XS to Sm. I don't think they specify if it more similar to Tor or Strike line but after seeing in person the fit is definitely super aggressive, aka very unforgivingly tight.

In general Strike seems to be the way to go for both quality/value and fit for non-pro-racer type bodies - so anyone above zero body fat. If you find yourself in that category I think Tor will work.

Sat on the trainer in the Strike bib this week and it was totally cool, no discomfort.

I picked up a Strike skin suit and a CX skin suit. First impressions are positive, but the CX skin suit makes me self conscious about my body image. Less forgiving than the Strike skin suit. I figured I could wear a base layer underneath for Nov-Dec races, but I am not sure that I will be able to do so. Remind me to skip the gravy and cranberry sauces.

On a positive note the zippers seem like a significant step up from CS zippers.

I also picked up a TOR level pair of bibs. They are the bomb

Can confirm, same exact neon green chamois. 

Tried the Tor bibs today on a short ride.  I approve.  I'll give them a shot for along ride next week.  That's the true test.

I tried to note my sense of the fit on the kit connoisseur thread, apologies if I didn’t do a good enough job, but I have a Strike jersey and Bibs and they felt comparable to Champ Sys in the sizing but a little snugger. I would not size down in Verge.

I just got my Strike short sleeve, long leg, blue skinsuit from Greg and so far it rules. The orange color doesn’t fit our colors and the top is a little sheer but the fit is great. It’s a medium and feels true to size, fitting me exactly, though def race fit. It feels pretty comparable to my Champ Sys fit. I’m excited to wear it this weekend.

Sorry for being so late here!  But got the Strike bib and jersey XL.  Jersey snug but love the fit.  Bibs definitely make me feel like George Castanza after a cold pool swim but comfy enough. I think I’d prob order the XL again. 6’2” 175 lbs.

Looks like ‘bottoms up’!  Too early for a cocktail though.  I’m just assume that since the XL Tor fit me I’ll stick with the XL winter tights. Ciao.
