Are you guys jamming north up 9w? Which hill route? I have a wedding to go this weekend so I got out of work! May plot an intercept course if you're coming up my way.

Still looking at 8 BB 9 GW for anyone looking at a moderate to maybe hard at times pace up to Nyack, mellow essentially.
Tomorrow (Saturday): Early, easy ride, start at BB @ 6:30a.

Sunday: Kissena Track @ 8 or 9a depending on how early I sleep the night before.

nice long ride, mellow and conversational pace with good kickers here and there. exactly what i was to be prescribed- we stopped at gypsy donut in nyack and ended with some pace-lining on 9w.
Solo ride up river road, 9w, to piermont. First longish ride in quite some time and, excuse moi francais, my ass paid for it in saddle sores.
I rode my bike today. It was fun.
Solo to Nyack, about 65 miles today. I saw David Yang going as I was coming and we chatted for about five minutes on the NJ side of the bridge. The sun came out! As evidenced by Alyosha's picture.
Anybody riding Monday.?
I'm hoping to line up a family man hour ride for Monday. Leave Bklyn at 6:30 or so and back by 11:00.

I'll know if I'm able by tomorrow sometime.
Back from 2 weeks of cheese training in Europe, Who's riding Nyack today, Sunday?
^John never rests.  John after 2 weeks of high-protein recovery is the stuff of nightmares.  I'll be counting my blessings that "I am regretfully unable to attend."

Somebody please tweet some pictures of the emaciated survivors...

9am GWB, nothing but tumbleweeds. Mert!
@John
I'm thrilled that we followed the exact same regimen.
Thunderstorms be damned! One of the more enjoyable trips I've had up 9W in a while this morning. Fat-ass raindrops through most of it. I miss big thunderstorms, we don't get enough of them in the city.
9am GWB, nothing but tumbleweeds. Mert!
Boo
BTW, noticed yesterday several cops parked and hanging on 9w as well as the Alpine turn onto river road from the basin.  The cop stationed at the turn was out of his cruiser and hanging on the side with a speed gun which I thought was odd, but forgot about until reading this...

I still looking to ride Monday?
Planning on going early and slow. Like 8@ GW. Weather will tell.
Looks like I'm not bridge bound tomorrow. Going to squeeze in a couple early am hours in PP. Something like 6-8 if anyone wants to join.
