I have family stuff on Saturday, but possible Sunday.

Depends on the state track championships.  If I can do the team sprint Sunday morning, I'll probably do that.  If it will be in the afternoon, I'll be riding from the GWB Sunday morning.

Racing. Come on Dale, come out for a PP race.

Vlad, be warned. I know from experience, the last time I called a "no BS" ride, Dale, in his quiet southern way, mocked me when we were going slow, then spent the rest of the ride drilling it exactly every time I wanted a rest. It ended up being a great ride, but you know. It was work. #Cat1games

Is anyone up for a Sunday ride?

Vlad and Dale ripped my damn legs off today. 80 miles, 90 degrees, 6 bottles, and I'll probably stop cramping by Monday. We threw Bradley into the usual route, a solid ride, good pacing, nice to see you guys.

I'm going to do low road to Bradley Tweed, Piermont and 9W back.  8am BB, 9am GWB. 

I rode in the woods. And then went to the ocean.

Because i can.

I'm going to ride Cunningham sometime between 7am and 9am. I have absolutely no clue what I'm doing on a cross bike. Feel free to join me!

Despite Myles's poo-pooing, I had a great time at Cunningham with Eloy.  I skipped last week and would have skipped today (baby diaper emergency), but committing to meet with Eloy motivated me to head out.  First time outside on a bike in TWO MONTHS.

I can see how the trails would be a lot of fun with mountain bikes with suspension to roll over some of those rooty, rocky sections.

You dont need my poo poo, seems you've got an abundance.

The Bradley-Tweed Piermont ride today was great; managed to grab 2 QOMs and a s'mores donut.  Good stuff!

Anyone down for a long ride on Sunday?  I'm planning on hitting some hills (Alpine, Bradley) and possibly Rockland Lake.
