Just got off the phone with Wilson...I pick up the cross bike on Thursday and then I will teach all y'all the meaning of the word RESPECT !!!

tomorrow Will, Scott and myself are doing a ride to train with some elevation. It is about 60mi from GWB with 6000ft elevation gain. I created a route including alpine and bradley repeats... who wants to tag along is more than welcome! 
We will leave from GWB at 8:15am, consistent pace and no stops scheduled to be back for lunch...

I will be doing some uphill training (~3.5 hrs) tomorrow at Bear:

1. Park car at Perkins Tower
2. Ride three spirited laps on the Harriman loop
3. All-out assault on Perkins Drive
4. All-out assault on lunchfoods

I have space for two more in my car if anyone else wants to join in the operation. Maybe someone else with a car could drive more folks too. Holler.

I'd be all over this, but I am doing a track clinic at kissena at 11am. might do a 7am BB roll to river rd and back if anyone is game. 

Considering a Piermont run after the Fort Lee 3/4 if anyone is down for that. Might do some Alpine repeats if the legs have it.

Exactly like last week, I plan to hit Cunningham tomorrow on the CX bike.

That was a thoroughly enjoyable ride.  I'm glad Eloy led the way as he knows the trails well.  I wasn't sure I could ride most of that stuff in Cunningham but when I saw Eloy pick a line...I just followed.  Marks wheels were not cooperating today.  If you are planning on racing cross...Cunningham will give you all you need to improve your handling skills...it's gnarly
