good times!
Those not racing, 9am GWB to Piermont.
43 degrees (6C!) at Piermont and fender if you have it.
Rain cancels.
Hey guys, FYI those who got passes check your inbox for the barcode. I for some reason as well as a few others here didnt get an email notification (may be a gmail rule filter issue?) I had to manually search for "bike tour"

Gonna do some 9am GW - RR - Coffee tomorrow if anyone cares to join.

Good luck at Prospect fellas.
I’ll be there, 8am BB if anyone is coming from BK
Was a little late, will head straight to Piermont
look rainy but anybody ridding long tomorrow?
@Brian Miele I was thinking of riding at the regular time tomorrow, 9am GWB?

Probably nothing super long for me, more like Piedmont and back but open to suggestions :)
Saturday's pollen run. Good times and hotly contested sprints:
State line: Me (Ricky's chain dropped)
Gas Station: Mark
Strictly: Will C

I missed the formal group fun Saturday.
But I did catch up to Niall just before the Central Highway climb and rode wit him and his friend for a bit.  Then I caught David Hocker on 9W just into Jersey and we rode back to Central Park together.

I was out in search of hills.  For those looking for a super-hilly route, I managed a bit over 7,000' of climbing in 82 miles from my place.  Though it did take three hill repeats of a short hill in Central Park to nudge me over the number.

@JohnPowell I’ll see you there!
It was coming down pretty good earlier so I took the dog to the park.

But now it looks like there may be a window of dry sky. I'm going to head out for about 90 minutes in PP. Join if you can.
I am headed out to PP shortly as well @jim_nelson for some FTP testing. Will holler if we cross paths.
for those not on the team weekend (jealous btw), I'm gonna get out on Sunday.  Weather should cooperate.  9am GWB.  Bradley / Tweed, coffee?
I believe the NY  Gran Fondo is tomorrow Sunday. Parts of 9w and Palisades park river road will be closed.
The Gran Fondo is tomorrow. You guys can go there and cheer me on.
I'll be at the GWB at 9am.

at least bradley/tweed.
updates, Scott K group, we should start at 8AM GWB, rain might start after 10:30sh... I am in
I’ll be at GWB for 8am tmrw
See you there.
So much for going to sleep thinking you know when the ride is happening.  (btw, you're not going to melt if it rains; particularly when it's 70f and the rain hits)

It drizzled around 9am.  But the sun came out.

Saturday group ride alternative:

I am planning to head to Glacier Ridge for trail riding on CX or mountain bikes this Saturday at 9:30. I posted a description of this Long Island trail in the mountain bike thread a few weeks ago. The course is perfect for a CX bike. If you don’t have a CX or mountain bike I may be able to lend you one.

You can get there by train. Either take the LIRR Ronkonkoma line to Medford and ride north about 15 Minutes to the trail head or take the Babylon line to Rockville Centre and I will pick you up and drive to the trails.

Looking at the train schedule I see a train that gets to Medford at 9:50. There is a 7:43 train out of Atlantic Terminal that will get you to Rockville Centre at 8:35. Let me know if you’d like to join.

Weather should be good
