I've got 3-4 prospects showing up @ GAP 9AM Sun. If you arent going to the track clinic would be amazing if ppl showed up to chat the new guys up.
@Matt Budofsky I can do bb 730. If I'm late (very possible) I will ITT to catch up
Because of my silly unlook sharp crash a few weeks ago, I missed the Wahoo/Rapha ROAM ride.

I am planning on heading out and doing it solo (or with you) this Saturday. 80km, 1600ish meters of elevation. Dirt roads, 28 tires required, will probably take the cyclocross bike.

Starts and finishes at the Garrison train stop.

Might drive a zip car out, or take the train.

Let me know if interested. Here or text me at 347.225.1058

I’m interested. Happy with train or car. Although Sun looks better weather wise.

Count me in for Saturday Roam
GWB Meet Kissena Ride this Sunday

8AM Brooklyn Bridge, 9AM GWB roll

As a reminder, this a NO DROP ride. We will likely split off into two groups at Piermont for more spirited riding.

@WilliamCheng @PatrickGrehan sweet!

William, do you have a car? if you do and we can drive out together, please let me know, I'll cancel my zip car reservation. Otherwise, you can meet me and we can drive out on the zip car.

The Garrison train stop has a parking lot, where I believe we can leave our cars. Thinking we meet there Saturday 8am.

@Phil Maronilla wish you could join us, but of course, whenever you can, go ride bikes!! (also, Donalrey Nieva created the route)

Are you thinking about getting to Garrison , for 8am ,if so i can probably join you and drive
It would be awesome if you can join us! @Mark Taylor

Yes, 8am at Garrison.

LMK as I need to cancel the zip reservation before tomorrow morning and save some monies! which I would happily repay to you in foods, beers, and gas!

I'm in .
where's @jim_nelson @Thierry Bonnaire
hotness!
@WilliamCheng and I would please drive out and back with you (gonna cancel the zip)

@jim_nelson + @Thierry Bonnaire would be so cool if you can join us too!

It will have to be a last minute decision for me. I have to work all weekend but looks like it might be possible to do this and be back not long after noon.

hotness!
today was a solid day out

Great day indeed!

My turn - club should head back up here in the fall when the leaves change

I rode those roads over Memorial Day weekend. Inadvertently ran into lots of gravel on my road bike but was beautiful.
I haven’t ridden Alpine in a long time, so I wasn’t sure how I’d do today. I hit a PR of 4:36 on the Boat Basin to top of Alpine segment, beating my next best effort by over 20 seconds!

That Velocious nutrition plan is paying off in spades. I’m sub-140 lbs and less than 10% body fat. Made a huge difference today.
Launching from GWB at 9 tomorrow - open to whatever route and pace you fancy. I know there's some mountain biking and road racing this weekend. We can keep it mellow if you are racing L&C Sunday.
That look looks glorious. Sub 140?!? You’re in Quintana territory now!
Quintana territory without the Quintana lungs or power.
Phil G says he did 467 watts for 15 minutes at 147 pounds. We’re all plenty shy of Quintana.
Anybody riding tomorrow?
