I had Amy's attitude about joining the group ride today (JP, Whitey, Ragot). Sore and tired and feeling old. Very glad I went.

going up to meet up w/ some peeps at gwb for 10am. Ill be at the BB, leaving promptly at 9:05am because i wanna ride easy up there and don't wanna be late. tata for now.

the MS ride started at 7:30 and goes through the Holland Tunnel...I think it'll be ok.

I'm still rehab'n me leg, so relegating myself to 60-90 min park rides and strict no-hammer policy. I really miss those proper Jersey-bound rides... I couldn't participate all summer. Supreme bummer.

BTW: if anyone sees me hammering in the next 6 weeks, please chase me down and do whatever it takes to slow me up (e.g., pull a fine quality pain-au-chocolat from your jersey pocket and dangle it before me eyes as you gently slow the tempo).
