Fellas, I have to say, I'm a little disappointed with level of smack talk going on in this thread. Everyone's all like, "Ohhh, I have the sniffles" or "I just learned how to ride a 2-wheeler" and "My bunions are acting up." If I could bottle up all this whine, I could open up a liquor store in Park Slope and get rich.
Maybe Marc and Wojciech can fly off the front together and get a big enough gap to actually have time to stop and compare penises before they get caught.
And may I just point out that it's supposed to be 50 degrees at the start tomorrow? 50? I haven't even looked at a baselayer in months and suddenly its 50?
Everyone who is coming out or spectating - wear (or bring) your Kissena kits! We'll take some post race team pictures so it'll be nice to look the part.
As the self-anointed "sniffles" boy, I want to retract my statement and add...though I have a 102 fever and what feels like a bleeding tumor in my throat I'll be there ready to kick all your asses!!! Well now, that feels better.
@Jeff...don't worry, I'm going to stop at my hospital before the race to pick up a syringe full of antibiotics to shove up your tuckus, as I pass you on my way to world domination.
Going to have prizes for 2 KOM's tomorrow. I will decide when they are and who the winner is. Ryan don't forget to bring the thimble. Marc don't listen to these haters I will block for you tomorrow if you split the winnings with me.
I'll totally crush all of the other Kissenas on the Disabled List in spectating. I've been practicing my cross heckling, so I am ready to lay down some sweet cheering on you all. I believe there will be a few "Attack Harder Marc!" "JP, Pedal More!" and a sweet "William why are you wearing a ninja costume for the team photo?"
Hey Guys --a little heads-up/favor to ask, I've got some friends coming out to watch in the morning... so, when I ride out ahead from the start-line, it's not an attack, OK? Just let me go so that I can get a few pictures and sip some coffee with my friends up by 3rd street... and then I'll wait for you guys and we'll all finish the 15mph parade lap. Even if it looks like I'm speeding away at 28mph... it's just to look good for my friends. And if you don't see me at 3rd street, that just means I got a cramp, or forgot to sweep my stoop or something like that...
I don't usually "do" YouTube, but Jules's incomprehensible word salad made me look.
Nominated: Post of the Year.
My favorite part was when the zombie was eating the lower portion of a severed human leg and blood kept jetting out the top as if there was a beating heart in the ankle or some such.
