yone wanted to see the finish line photo who hadn't. I think it was Joules who handed this to me just after the race. I was still a little oxygen deprived but it was very cool of him. It was a photo finish.

I vote the Pawling Road Race course. Can be reached with limited fuss by train from Grand Central. One lap. Possibly bibs only (no jerseys) to make the race tougher?

It would be cool to bring back Catch Kissena next year (separate from club champs). I never got to do one of those. At FBF maybe?

How come no Cat 5s? I've always wondered this. I say, if possible, lets ratchet down the "official-ness" of this race, and let all Kissenas participate.

Plenty of 5s would do fine in this race. Some would probably even factor in (has Ashley been riding?). I think this is a rules deal.
Anyway, as Mike said, KCC cat 5s should make an effort to get their race finishes in to enter the club champs as 4s. So worth it.

I'm going to be the first and probably only person to report that I never actually enjoy this race very much. Not that it's not a decent race...it's certainly worthy of your attention. I just have never had a good experience at it. That said, I will most likely be there to suck your wheels and beat you in a sprint. So get to get'n, punks.
