Weather does look dicey, I can do 8 or 9 am BB. Haven't gone long in a few weeks, but that just means that I'm rested (right?). As for the heat -- bring it on. It eliminates any reason to do "hot" yoga (not that I would anyway).

Johnny Wrongway is back!

Awesome day. Felt good to be out of the city. Owens did the longer Alpine and then Bradley-Tweed while I sat my ass in Bunberry and local watched. The dude can climb like Indurain!

A guy pulls up at Ranger station in his SUV looking very confused and asking for directions. It soon became clear after 10 minutes of listing nearby town names on Google Maps that the poor dude was suffering from Alzheimers. We eventually lead him back to 9W, where I duly sent him off in the wrong direction.

Heading out post tour finish (noonish). Probably 70-80 from Brooklyn. Puke in your mouth lose 10 lbs ride. Or snails pace.
