Tomi Misser was a downhill MTB Spanish superstar, as he nears 45 years, he decided to give cross a shot this season. It's been amazing to follow his videos and posts, the culmination of is this 25 minute movie.
This is in Spanish, just turn on the close captions, the access he has and video quality is second to none.
If you like racing, you will love this.

^ The cinematography is tight, with the short depth of field, feels like you're there.

So there's a Belgian couple here in Fribourg whose kid is at the same day care as my sons. Our kids are friends, and we all got together at their place a few days ago so the kids could play together. I see this bike in the hallway, and comment that it's appropriate that a Belgian has a Merckx bicycle. And he tells me, "Yeah, and it apparently used to be Adri van der Poel's bicycle." The story is that van der Poel (who is Dutch) had some tax problems, and as part of the settlement gave this bike to the tax collector, who then later on gave it to my Belgian friend. It still has the original Campy crankset with a 54 tooth outer chainring, but many of the components have been replaced since then (pedals, derailleurs/shifters, and I'm guessing the original didn't have clinchers). If any of you don't know who Adri van der Poel is, look him up. He won a few races, married a woman whose father was kind of a big cyclist as well, and they then had a son who is kinda a big deal at the moment.

Great story. AvdP was probably not riding SPDs, but that frame has stories

Watching the first two stages of Paris-Nice
really shows the value of a good road captain,
Luke Rowe super impressive, Bernal seems so keen to learn the complete skill set

"Discover New York’s rich bicycling heritage.
Cycling in the City traces the bike’s transformation of urban transportation and leisure and explores the extraordinary diversity of cycling cultures in the city, past and present. The exhibition reveals the complex, creative, and often contentious relationship between New York and the bicycle, while underscoring the importance of cycling as the city confronts climate change, energy scarcity, and population growth in the years to come."
I checked it out this morning. As a person who has been looking at the subject matter for years, I had some quibbles. For people who don't know the topic, it's a way too short dive.
