Lately, I’ve been going strawless. I know a lot of people are hesitant to go strawless on the road, but it’s worked well for me. 

I'm one of those hesitant people- I've heard ti straws will last a lifetime and really stand up to corrosion. Plus they help prevent splashes and spills and we all know those just ruin the flow of a group ride.

I actually just heard that they're made from leftover scraps of bottle cages and I think thats kinda neat.

Between the women's and men's races at Superprestige Zonhoven race today, GCN included a recorded bit where Jeremy Powers introduces Ollie (a roadie) to the sand climbs of Zonhoven. Fascinating to see the venue as just a sand pit in the woods. The video is goofy entertainment, but what makes it worth watching is seeing how insanely hard the course really is. The pros make it look easy. Of course, it isn't easy, but the video gives you a sense of how technically and physically taxing it really is. What I wouldn't do to just try it out (and fail miserably). Cue the video to 1:01:47

A better take on the infamous nationals crash, it was relatively early on the race, so we'll never know, but up to that point Kerry was in a hardcore race winning position.

Kerry doesn't address it directly. In a way he precisely does address it, by including the moment in the video, to me it reads "if you know, you know" and makes me respect him even more.
