Incredible sprint from Demare in stage 6.  He was in the perfect position, got swamped, nearly put into the barriers by his own teammate, and with less than 100m to go, swung right and passed both Cav' and Ewan.

There's very little hype around Demare, but he's a pretty impressive sprinter.  He always seems to get overlooked by the press.  Maybe it's because he's not as prone to off-bike outbursts.

Sure looks this was after a MTB race, circa ‘92/‘93 somewhere in Venezuela, José Luis Revenga on the left (he had the most amazing Klein), Andres Kerese on the right, myself in the middle. We used to train quite a lot together, clearly discussing however the race went for us.
