But then you see it, and like OMG WUT. Quickstep messes the leadout, Cavendish is not even in the picture when the sprint starts and somehow passes literally everyone contesting the stage.

@eloy Awesome shot! But not surprised it got banned. Seems like a pretty big hazard for riders and spectators. I do hope they can figure out a way to use drones for similar shots while making sure no one gets hit.

I am fascinated by all the false parallels to piloting. I spend an inordinate amount of time understanding how my autopilot works and sanity checking it’s behavior. In my view one of the key problems with ML/AI is that it is non deterministic, and therefore extremely hard to test rigorously.
