That does look like fun. Wish the filmmaker had dropped some stats and ride data on us.
The final cobbled pitch reminds me of a side race that used to take place out in Iowa/Illinois in conjunction with a famous crit called "Snake Alley." Next to the serpentine brick lined street (like the one in San Francisco), was a cobbled alley, so rough only MTB need apply. Straight shot up. Timed event.
