I bet you guys didn't know Accelerade made pudding.
Is that UCI legal?
That would be just my luck when FBF implements doping controls and I test positive for pudding.
First non-video link from google - yowza
@ Vlad. I was referring to the CamelBak, perhaps try it in this position:

@ Jules. Is the Cosby face that closed lipped smile?

Not happening.
Will be riding tonight! Wojciech?
I'll be out there John!
Posted By: Wojciech PI'll be out there John!
Race report: Woj attacks at the gun and solos 12,000 miles FTW.
Wojciech almost stuck a late break, caught 1km out. I was first kissena 6th D-place.
Love it Woj! Way to return in style.
Nicely done John.

Pretty fun race, people seem to have grown some balls and aren't afraid to attack/ counterattack/ bring breaks back.

At the start line John goes "what are we doing? is this a free for all, i joined a team didn't I!" The other teams chuckled at us.

Personally I felt good. Much better then I expected. Expect the worst hope for the best right?

I was content on watching Lance/ trying to go with whatever breaks established but United really worked well as a team and brought everything back.

With two to go I attacked, bridged up to a solo rider and brought another one with me. After one lap one of the guys sat up causing me to have to bridge up a couple of meters to the other guy in our break. We ended up with 3 after the second to last turn and were caught on the last turn of the final lap. The three of us sat up blocking most of the field and causing a pretty shitty situation. I was too late in realizing we were caught or else I would have moved out of the way, when the group was at our wheels passing us there wasn't much I could do except keep my line. (right?)

My threshold in the break was severely lacking but hopefully some 2-4 minute intervals should fix that.

I will most likely be out on Tuesday in the 123's!
Flatted, 5 to go. I seem to have caught John's bug.

I hate FBF, total balls, never again.

I'm thinking about Tuesday. Hopefully will make it out.
^lol

I'll be there Tuesday. Really, really looking forward to it. I want to SMASH
Wait what?!?!?! Cancelled??!??
@ Tito... No, just last Tuesday. Flooded out.
@ Adam, Seriously throw on some 4-seasons or something with a kevlar belt. Make sure you have a LOT of tire pressure, I ride 110 on the back to avoid a pinch flat. You'll bounce around a bit more, but more piece of mind. Also, you have a free lap until 3 to go at Horaces Thursday races—beg a wheel at the S/F!
Wheels were fine. I have some Vittoria Rubinho Pro Slicks on, get minimal punctures; they're a very sturdy tyre. Usually ride at 120psi but last night had 105 in the front, 115 in the back. The puncture was unbelievable, I had pin (yes, a pin, like the ones we put our numbers on with) in my tyre. It somehow went straight through, one inch of it into the tyre. Just bad luck. Seriously, the whole pin was in the tyre!

That just happens some times. You get a pin in your wheel I mean. Just happens.

Didn't have a spare wheel this time, will try to remedy for the future.
Can the 3/4s speed it up a bit? This was the second time that the 123s were neutralized as we were about to lap you on your bell lap. I don't mind taking the break, but it sort of kills the momentum and hurts guys like me. The following two laps were strung out leadout mayhem.

What a beautiful night for racing though. I'm really looking forward to the warmer nights of racing out there.
****whew****
Idk Vlad we just don't really do shit do we
