OK, so can I get a show of hands of who will come by at 2 for pre-BBQ foraging? We'll get Cups, napkins, plates, plastic ware, condiments, hot dogs, hamburgers, veggie burgers, buns. Potato Salad / Cole Slaw / Macaroni Salad. Anything else?

Also, can someone be a cooler / ice person? I have no cooler to keep the beverages cool. Nor do I have an industrial ice machine nearby.

Jim N has offered to bring some extra chairs for the backyard, so that's great and we can always spill into the basement. he may also have a cooler, so that would be useful to put ice into.

I have extra tanks for propane, but should get a refill - if I can't get it refilled before we kick things off, then I'll ask someone to run to Tarzian up the street.

Everything that makes the party tick, apart from alcohol (the club will provide some beer) is reimbursable, so no worries about being put out.

Looks like it will be a great day. Hope to see as many as possible.
