@Remy Forgues

That's easy.  Pile on the miles (more miles=more smiles).  Back to Sunday rides and the rumble down 9W.  We've got our Bear Mountain again on Super Bowl Sunday.  The road season typically begins the first weekend of March.
haha clearly i'm upset that the seasons over... great pics!

I know. What do you do until next fall?
haha i know it's a rhetorical question, but how about this
I love love these race reports Eloy!

(although to be fair Pidcock seems to be getting a king-by-association title here)
well, he did win one world cup and you know, a gold medal at the olympics
To be fair ,he seems super honored to named in the same sentence as the 2 kings of cross,
but seriously  did you see the air he was catching on that table top in Rucphen
How about the way Toon and TomPid rode the first rooted section above the drop to the road? Just wow!

BTW …for those who did some of those races…Final Overall Standings for NJ CX Cup series were posted this week…

enjoy the Kirstperiode racing everyone and let’s hope Omicron doesn’t shut down Worlds!

Santa and eBay were good to the Forgues family.

It took me a while but I found this 24' cross bike at a very good price and it almost got delivered by Christmas. I now have 2 kids to take to cross race, we can definitely make it a family thing.

Love the genuine "I got a bike!" smile and the xmas lights on the bike
Terry B with some good video of the Rainey Park race. Some Kissenas make an appearance in the footage:

It's a shame WVA won't be at Worlds, but after three rainbow jerseys it's not hard to imagine his ambitions are bigger.

Worth mentioning that he beat TP here pretty handily; that last lap was a clubbing. Seems like Pidcock can't even win when Wout needs to change a shoe; he needs Wout's entire bike to fall apart... that said he's got a fair chance at winning Worlds now if he goes.

True , buts he is at least closer than anybody else , that is considered a specialist
Class act, he is.

https://www.cyclingnews.com/news/wout-van-aert-rules-out-riding-cyclo-cross-world-championships-in-fayetteville/

Van Aert reacted to the absence of Van der Poel before the race on Wednesday, saying it was a "great pity" that his old rival had to end his 'cross season.

"I wish him the best and I hope he can be there again soon. Cyclo-cross misses him, but the cycling world in general needs riders like Mathieu."

Was not a fan , but this article made me warm to her a little more

Do you think they'd post a video where after all the talk, the r&d, building the molds, producing the frame, Pidcock says, 'I don't know, I mean you moved the shouldering point too far up.'

Lol that was the first thing I noticed too.
Some worthwhile CX tips from Michael van den Ham and Caitlin Bernstein. A little late for cross season but good for next fall here

Would love too as well. Starts at cat 3. Correct?
Correct, you need to be at least Category 3 to race the age group Master championships.
