Sure, ok. Whatever.
Anyone want to do a computrainer ride tonight? I want to ride at 7,7:30pm. I have 2 extra computrainers. I need the company. Call/Text me 718-208-9372
Can we set up a webcam in the basement of Ride so that when you guys are computraining I can be next to you, virtually?
Not to be a creep or anything.  Just sayin'
Indoor computrainer ride tonight at 7 or 8pm.

Tomorrow at 11am or 4pm.

Address is 86 Louisa st right by the f train.

Call it text me if you want to join 718-208-9372

Sorry, my post went to bike fandom/misc. . . .

Anyway, FYI there are two spots open for a computrainer session at 8:30am at RB. If you're interested, could probably drop by and claim a spot.

Likely be another Fantasy Island or something comparable in funness.
A few of us picked up a session at RB at 12:30 today. Two hours. $25. One spot left. Holler!
I'll take it!
Brendan, you're in.
Did a little homebrew today; too cold to go out in that drek...

Btw, it's SUPER easy to set up an ad-hoc CompuTrainer sesh on bad-weather weekends. Just call Al at Ride Brooklyn and see what he's got open. It's $200 for two hours, you and seven of your favorite suffer buddies.
Full house!!!

I see some people improving.
for some reason, that was really, really painful.

also, who do i owe $25?
@Ryan - That graphic doesn't say much about what really happened. Andy, for example, started slowly and gradually picked his way through the field up to Vlad and Eric (blowing Brendan off his trail) but just quit early. Mike had an unfavorable calibration.

@Brendan - contact Jeff White
The calibration seems to be really problematic this year.

Well.... my calibration was a bit off but I kinda blew up hard after ~45 mins @ 290 normalized watts chasing Eric and Vlad. Had to back off. Rested a bit and then did 2x20 @ 250 kinda on my own.

Snowy ride home. Slipped and fell on my ass in my building lobby. Hurt like hell.

Pizza beer and a movie for recovery. I'm pretty trashed. Excited for tomorrow.
Ouch @Mike.  I'm laughing, but still, ouch.
@Jules- I know your house has a few floors but how do you manage to climb 300 feet inside today?

@Jules-Cool.  My Garmin once had me at 9.5k of climbing roundtrip to Piermont.

i clicked "LOL" but i didn't see that you'd fallen on your ass, sorry about that.  I was LOL'ing at the "I'm pretty trashed."  I thought you were confessing to drunken forum trolling.  Feel better Michael.  Tomorrow is your day.

@ Brendan - don't worry, the two West Indian women in the lobby of my building who witnessed my fall and commented "that's they type of fall that's going to hurt tomorrow" pretty much striped me of any sense of pride I had before today.
Also, I forgot to thank you guys for waiting for my tardy self yesterday.  I had thought you would all just start and I'd begin behind.  Sorry to hold you up!
This!

Turns out that butt injuries make Mike faster. Who knew?
This weekend converted me . I used to be a big hater on the computraine session. I quit early both days when I hit the 1.5 hour mark. Broke a few personal records on Saturday but I lost the file on my garmin : / bummer
Day-ummmm, Perlberg crushing it.
@Ryan - You have no idea. Ragot had the highest avg (by maybe 10w?) before he had to go 90 minutes in. To that point he and Mike were in the lead trading pulls. Nothing crazy. When Eric got off, an episode of the Mike Show came on.

Curious to know how it actually came out, but it looked like about 315w for the last 15 or so minutes of a hard two hour session.
Also, Mike wore a belly shirt. True story.
