The cost plus deal is available on ALL ticket items. Marc, if you're interested in Zipps give me a shout.

Unless Cost Plus is over Retail, in which case we'll figure it out on a case-by case basis. I wanted to do Cost Plus because it's a good deal for you, easy to understand the pricing and easy for us to administer it.

Hello, btw. Happy to be your sponsor!!! I'll do an intro post a little later.

Welcome Ilya!
Hello all - The Stages are here. The Stages are here. Please do not pass go, go directly to Redbeard to pick up your new power meter.

Form of payment? To whom would we make out checks to? And is our total the percentage off, or does tax get added when we pick up?
Pay at Redbeard. Payment to Redbeard. I don't know if they want checks - cash I'm sure is fine. Percentage is off of retail. The discounted amount is the amount that should be taxed.

Thanks to Craig, Ilya, Redbeard Bikes, and Todd for the smooth and affordable pick up of a new power meter! (My new year's resolution is to introduce all of you to the Bertucco of a few years back.)
"introduce all of you to the Bertucco of a few years back"... I applaud the enthusiasm, really I do but that's Cat VI trash talk.  Marc you gotta put some stank on it.  Here's a few to help shift you outta yo trash talkin granny gear...
"I picked up my power meter first...which means the best you bitches can finish is 2nd"
"NO....you are not pulling a pedicab....I'm just that fast"
"It's not your fault that you feel like a snail on Valium...It's my fault"

Perfect.

People can get there at 6:55pm Monday night, pick up their new meter, then stay for the training talk I'm leading.

Picked mine up, but realized I must have accidentally ordered the GXP not BB30 version.  Red Beard is going to happily exchange it with Stages.  Just a little while longer until POWERRRRR.  Thanks Ilya!
I'm sorry....has has the ritchey stuff arrived?  I really need that stem...thanks

Hi all- Wondering if what we'll be using for a helmet/sunglasses sponsor for the new year? Still a big fan of Rudy Projects. Anybody know what the preferred sunglass model is this year? The Agon looks like a winner. Sagan wears them-- Just saying.

Darryl at the shop told me "not for a long time" about 2 weekends ago. I kinda sorta really want my stem too.
I've sent an email to the shop to see if they have an update as well as what people's options are given the delay. No decision on the helmet and glasses sponsor for the 2015 year.

Well stripping the bolts out of my old stem forced the purchase of a Bontrager Elite stem today from Brickwell.  I am considering writing off the Ritchey order and getting a Fizik stem, seatpost and bar through Redbeard...cause the the curtain's got match the carpet
Probably belongs in Print or the Photos/Videos thread. But just found this really cool and sweet profile by Sam Polcer on Ilya and Kasia of Redbeard bikes.

Those waiting on Ritchey could perhaps consider simply stopping by.

It is what I did, most of my order was already there --- shop called weeks ago to let me know tires had arrived, but also got a stem and seatpost, only missing now is a handlebar.

An obvious tip, this is not unusual with Ritchey and has nothing to do with Ride Brooklyn. For future orders, might be best best to get items that are not time sensitive. for example: tires or tubes. Prices are great, so I simply stock up.

--- As a side note, the WCS Race Slick is probably the best clincher tire I've ever ridden, marked 23 but a little wider, feels great on the road, hardly ever flats (in fact, flats are a sign that is time to change it) Your mileage will vary.
I got an email from Ride Brooklyn today saying the Ritchey order had shipped and it is expected in this week. I'll provide more info when I get it.
Giddy up...

@Yaks your joy will be shortlived. It's only a matter of time before your next inscrutable technology mishap.

Jules gonna have me a little drink...then I'm gonna type you up a little note...
