Anyone have any idea of the opening date? It's on Kent Ave on the first floor of one of those horrendous condos down by the big skanky.
Jeff I think they have a sign on the door that says SeptJeff Owens said:Hold shit! Ride Brooklyn is opening up in Williamsburg. I'll only have to go a few blocks to mooch my discount instead of a whole 20 minute ride. Sweetness.

I'm not sure what our deal is there, but it's one of the most expensive restaurants in the city, I think!alyoshas said:What's the deal with 'atera'?that restaurant received 2 michelin stars tuesday.I'd like to go there and check it out perhaps but wanna make sure I'm not gonna ruin myself doing so.thanks.
No sweaty compu-trainer cave of smelly death pain though at this one. So fortunately I have another excuse for not doing it again this year!

Beer macaron with sturgeon caviar!
VAN DESSEL
Kissena gets 35% discount. So, frameset (frame, fork, headset) prices are as follows:
Gin & Trombones (Al frame): $715
Full Tilt Boogie with Van Dessel fork (carbon): $1169
Full Tilt Boogie with Envy composite fork: $1299
there are some options about disc vs cantilever brakes. All I can really remember is that G&T has both on frame and option for one or the other on the fork.
NJ sales tax if you pick it up. $25 shipping with no tax if you live in NY.
Couple of 54 cm carbon frames left, other wise you have to wait until 1st week in Sept for shipment to arrive.
It's really just what Cycleops is doing across the board; we are getting what every other team gets. They may increase the discount again, but we don't yet know.Daniel Wong said:Wasn't the cycleops offer like 40% discount before? What happened?
For those who have been wondering about the CycleOps deal, see the email below. In short, in order to get continued sponsorship, we would need to produce this video.
Is there anyone interested in putting something like this together? I don't think it would have to be too fancy, it could be shot on about anything and simply edited.
Right now we do still have the 25% off, as indicated above. I don't know for sure how long they will let us keep that, however.
Here is the email:
Ryan,
It would be great to get a video submission from the Kissena team (or part of the team) so that we can show your gratitude to others. Social and digital media has a much longer arm than a logo on a jersey in the new technological age. As you know our sport is greatly non-spectator friendly as packs of riders zip by a logo on a jersey can be hard to see. These days we find greater value in digital and social media. If you could rally the troops or have a handful of members who have benefited from the sponsorship in the past submit a 30-60sec video of how our products have helped train, race, lose weight, etc. that would be great.
