The CAAD 10 black and white beauty is serving me well here in the Dairylands. Quick handling, stiff, and since I retorqued my bb to spec before departing, creak free. It has acquired a few chips in the paint, but if you race your bike, that cannot be helped.

The advance pro is available as a frame set...I suspect this would be significantly less than the SL and just as fast

The Time pedals went on today...some fine tuning is in order...but I recorded a time for my 18 mile out and back that was almost 2 minutes faster than what I've been seeing lately.  I rode 58 hard miles yesterday....so today I felt a little cooked even.  Compared to the Speedplay's my legs now feel connected to the bike & my legs seem heavier as I feel like I'm using more muscles....feels almost like a track bike now compared to my 100% float X-series Speedplay's.  I was starting to think my knee issue was really "Speedplay knee" cause by too much float.
The jury is still out but...the #'s don't lie.  If my knee feels better after a few weeks...or the same...I will likely stay with the Time's.  Standing up on the Time's is a whole new world...the power goes straight to the back wheel.  Anways...it was a 1st ride.

Question... basically I want to put a bit of sealant on my tubulars, but I have these old problem solver valve extenders.

The tire core is removable, but obviously not reachable while glued, how would I go about adding sealant? can I do it without removing the tires?

This is what you want dude...put half a can in each wheel...or a full can in each.

Anyone got the tool you need to swap spiders on Cannondale cranks? Also cheekily known as the KT014. Was hoping to borrow one for a bit.

You don't have to remove anything...simply open your valve like you are going to put air in the tire....attach the tube from the can and push the button...it's compressed air and sealant in one...it will fill your tire and add sealant simultaneously

I'm thinking it's fine as it's recommended for tubes and tubulars.  You could always just go the Vittoria pitt stop route then.
