Thanks Jim. Roglic and Acherman were easy bets and lucky not to lose any riders. I'm surprised no-one was popped for doping. 

First off, congrats to John for the W, and good job to Jim and Max for jumping onto the podium.

  While it is easy to see how a climber like Carapaz or Sprinter like Ackerman were good picks, I was curious how the other picks stacked up when we considered how much we "paid" for them. Clearly Dumoulin was a dud, but did we get our moneys' worth out of our 4 and 6 point picks? I decided to generate a value score (= points/cost) for each rider we picked in our league and sort each class by the relative value.  

In the end, it still comes down to which riders have the fitness and don't crash in the 4th stage.

So, do we head to the dark side and shift to another Fantasy platform?

I'm in. I like to imagine myself such a rebel that I can take advantage of the man by playing his game and resist the temptation to fall victim to his wiles (in this case I guess that might mean advertising). And he'll only get my decoy email address!

I went ahead and created a Kissena fantasy league. While I am not thrilled about using the ASO game, I also know that playing fantasy with you guys is one of the best parts of following a grand tour. 

The ASO game only went live yesterday, which shouldn't be a problem except that they have something called mercato mode which involves an auction to get riders. Still figuring it out. Join me!

I think you can see other team’s riders after the stage is done. But you can’t see before the stage. 

It’s not intuitive. Click on the “standings” tab and you’ll see a list of others in the league. Like rob said, you can only see completed stages

Yes , but now i don't have to worry about that , because i used up all my transfers , for little to no gain

Losing two lower cost riders presents a dilemma. You can replace them, but is it worth using your credits for them? I imagine we may all be making changes next week as the GC shakes up

Ahh i didnt think that because I was thinking you need to have a full roster to get points? I'm not sure how it works if they DNF'd though.

I thought the game format was ok , However ,i completely messed up the transfer system , i do think that ,based on the cost of the riders , it's too easy to pack a team of stars,

I didn't love having to tend to team like a plant—changing captains etc. Packed it in when I lost Patty Bevin. 5/10
