@twoyacks creme filling option available

Myles I appreciate your concern for my winter training protocols.  We all know that Spring & Summer races are WON in the Winter.  Taking this into consideration, I have used tenets of applied behavior analyses (esp. motivating operations) to mine and discover the best reinforcers for increased power output on the bike.  After running baseline tests with your prototype and numerous other reinforcers, I have discovered that the setup pictured below provides the highest value-altering effect (steepest increase in my 20 minute power).  Thank you for inspiring me to always be better than you...

better than?? un cool. sadly I've already used my forum time alottment this week to develop an ultra light weight carbon fibre race aid.

Sorry, I've got to get back to giving you races to win NOW.
oh...wait...you've already got your bike bolted to a trainer in the basement.

wah wah.

In case anyone forgot what season it is.
@Jeffrey White-That McSweeney's piece is a fall favorite in my house.  Thanks for reminding me.

c) said bike was piloted by a certain overweight team member to a green & polka jersey and only funky out of alignment members were invited to purchase. Now go play with your yo-yo !!!
And I my Skeletor showed me how to carve tricky descents with aplomb, made for a good showing at Catskills back in the day. And I'm still on my 2 Spookys and getting a 3rd built-up imminently. Love them. Of course, the 27 frame delivery delays, 73 mistakes on parts specs and such, well, that's what makes Mickey the lovable CEO he is.
Calling Micky Spooky's CEO, assumes that there is some sort of highly coordinated team of people he is leading, rather than Micky and a handful of his stoner buddies hanging out building bikes with parts they have lying around.

"Bath Uni study finds clothing choice irrelevant to safe pass distance"

Throw out those hi-viz jackets you've got (Brendan)...
that's fascinating!  thanks for sharing.  what a guy, recording all that data.  working while he commutes, i suppose.

i will continue to wear my hi viz because it looks so pro.
I think it's going to be a fun year with Tinkov-Saxo:

Tinkov was dismissive when asked if he had read Hamilton's book. "Why would I read such a shit? I am mentioned in many, many books, my friend. I am quite famous, so I don't even bother to read them. I have written myself two books, so what? I don't read a lot but when I have the time, I read something proper. But not this sort of bullshit,"

"Zero tolerance to the doping and let's stop here," he said. "Fuck your doping questions, I don't care about doping,

and finally -

"I believe that internet is for porn and Twitter for fun," Tinkov said. "You don't have to take it seriously, it's not my official communication. Something you can laugh and enjoy. It's not serious. That's why I have so many followers . . ."

LOL as a contador fan, this kinda saddens me in a way cause it really doesn't help his image and also in light of what Tinkov was tweeting last year after the tour. This burly russian is a joke himself who brings cash to a sport he considers to be a bullfight. I hope Riis really is still in control of this team full of talent, Kreuziger, Rogers and Roche will hopefully do very well next season too.

Tinkov reminds me of the Rock Racing owner...just with more money.

It will be interesting to watch what happens to JPOW next year. Hell, I'm curious to see how all the American's will fair when they finally head over to Europe THIS year. Something tells me it's going to be an underwhelming affair filled with excuses, reports of jet-lagged legs, 27th-ish places.
There goes my idea for the Kissena party...

Proper beat down takes time...
please. after minute 5 my brain went from "yeah fight some social inequality sistah!" to "omg please stop whining ; now get to the kitchen and get me some pie"..

seriously I couldn't get the stream to stop online so I called some friends to see if they had some crack for ME......

and besides. a proper beatdown is 3 minutes max. more than that and its just amateur night.
Clearly this has become a fast-twitch vs. slow-twitch argument
oh come on yacks.  like you don't want pie!

sweeeeeet delicious pie
man that was some good pie.  nap time
