Team Kit Order

2867 comments · 41334 views
Hey, just thought I'd pass along another recent compliment we got on our "new" kit. This time from former club member Dan McMahon who said something to the effect of, "why didn't you guys have that kit when I was on the team." I of course said, "Well you know, you are always welcome back! You know how we roll."
Does anyone have experience with the tech fleece mock turtleneck? is it worth a hooey?
Yes and yes. It's loose fitting and very warm.

Oh, and the "KISSENA" printed on the sleeves is upside down.

Ok Guys,

Store closes tomorrow at midnight.

Remember, orders "off the proof list" (exceptions in this thread above) won't be filled.

No tears lads.

Spring order will be in Feb.  New sponsors, hopefully a few more proofs for funky types of kit.  (Razor bibs, please Santa?)
Wow. That website is awful. Is it 1997? Am I in the University of Nebraska library using Netscape on dial up? Good lord.
Just did it in person an hour ago. Even there on their computers the process was kind of slow and tedious. Beth helped me out and was nice. The merchandise storeroom guy was cool too. I met Brian and he vibes out to be a genuinely nice person backwards and forward. I hope to see him around.

phew....glad I finally got that done
Booya!
I got through the boss level and placed an order onto the Champsys Jazz Drive!
PRO jacket and neoprene bibs ordered. Anyone have first hand experience with neo front stuff? Normal fleece without windblock doesn't cut it for me in the 30s. Time to sell my secret winter training all black ninja kit.
PRO jacket prarade coming soon to a wintery group ride near you...
Also, tax! Damn the man. All the tea into NY harbor.
Does anybody have a size large fleece or jacket they would want to sell?
Hey guys, sorry if this was addressed before but I ordered a jersey and bibs on the new member, sign up thing on the website in early November and got the email receipt but no shipping or pending shipping info. I'm wondering how long orders usually take as I may need to change shipping address.
Thanks.
Jay, you kit will either come in the the order that is in production now or in the following one. Either way you'll be flying Kissena colors in time for the spring races!
@RYAN-I have a large new style long sleeve fleece.

I think Daniel Hubbard was interested in buying my brand new (I took it out of the plastic bag, to try it on) wind vest size medium. Hubs, if you are still interested, I'll bring it to a weekend group ride this winter? If not, anyone else?
@ Marc - me!

a'ight...if Hubs doesn't re-up his original request...it's yours. But right now it's hanging nicely in my closet nestled between thermal jackets and plaid flannel shirts.

Winter order is here?  Yay!
Winter Order is Here!

I'll drop it off at Ride as soon as they open again.

John & I tried but failed today, not realizing they were closed.
2 week turnaround = amazing! Props to Jules yet again.
The lashings were succesful!

Kit is in!  Woo-hoo!  Just swung by RB to pick it up......super props again to Jules et al, (because one can never have too many props for turning a kit order around in 2 weeks, for real).....

:) thanks Dave.  The single, 35 kg box was a little absurd to wrangle, but well worth it to see the faces of the RB guys when I hauled it in the door...

lol

extra p's to Jules et al for the quick turnaround.  Thanks guys!
With all of the great new sponsors we have, it occurs to me that not all of us might have the knowledge to fully take advantage. Obviously, if we NEED something real bad, we're going to pick up a suhweet discounted set of handlebars or something, but if we only "need" something, we might miss out, you know? So for you gear heads (you know who you are):

Are there any "must-haves," secret-awesomeness just waiting to be attached to our bikes in 2013?

Reynolds?
Ritchey?
Marc,
If you buy Reynolds wheels, get the RAP program, aka wheel insurance.

Here is some info on Reynolds newest wheels

The Ritchey Torquey is a cheap solution to the need for a torque wrench.  Doesn't work in everything, but I think it can do your bars, stem, and pinch bolts on brakes and derailleurs.

I love the ritchey top cap for cross headsets

Ritchey cx pedals have been getting better and better.

Thanks Jules and co for sorting the kit order.  I tried on all my new gear around the house last night and, although she didn't admit it or in fact in any way suggest it, my wife was 100% turned on by what she saw.

Anybody have an XL long sleeve jersey I could try on?  The Large one I got is much tighter than the short sleeved ones and not quite long enough in the sleeves.

Thanks
