For people who are interested, the "Pro" costs 10 bucks more than the regular themosheild jacket but is cut to fit skinny frames.
Not sure if the 'stache wil upset the laminar airflow over it though...

Is the Razor Bib short an option? I get the "no proof" message but am not sure if that is website problem or if we gave up on the Razors as I understand there were problems during the first order.

Razor Bins are a no-go. Sadly the panel cuts don't work with out design right now.

OK, so I just called CS and spoke to somebody about the online issues, hoping that he would just let me order over the phone; instead he told me to just order what I need on the website and that they would just make another proof. Was anyone else told this? He assured me that this wouldn't delay the items from going out with the KCC order, but given the issues we've had with CS so far I'm skeptical.
This is getting annoying...first world problems, I know...

Just make sure that if you call CS you get the name of whoever you talk to. It doesn't help us to ring up Charlie and tell him about service if we don't know who people talked with.
FWIW Brian is tech support, not customer service.

Now, I may be an idiot but...how are we filling out the delivery address? Is it going to Ride Brooklyn? Will the stuff all get grouped together even though we're each filling out our own orders?

My budget for this order took an unexpected hit and now it's pretty tight I got the ok from Brian to go in person to Champ Systems to try on stuff(jackets and caps...I have a cabeza muy grande) and do my order in person. Their office is two blocks from me. I'm going tomorrow.
