@mugwump Here's the link I use https://custom2.champ-sys.com/Login/en-US/Default.aspx

Also, I keep getting an error when I try to view my shopping cart or provide payment info.  It's telling me they can't process the payment right now and to contact our sales rep.
Seems top work for me. Let me know if there is an issue

This is the error I'm getting when trying to view my cart.  I even tried creating a new order and still get the same error.

I get the same error -- I can add things to the cart, but then when I click on the cart, I get the error :\
having trouble checking out of the store after I added items to my cart.  This is the message I'm getting:

I have reached out to champ Sys. If we can’t fix this in time we will open another store once these issues are resolved
@PatrickGrehan I just had the same error as Greg, Eloy, and Jeff.
update from champ Sys:

Hopefully, the errors should be fixed now. We currently cannot accept payments as we switch to a new US distributor. This could be fixed as soon as tomorrow. We will extend the order window and deadlines to accommodate

@PatrickGrehan - I was getting the same errors last night as others reported. So it's safe to check back in tomorrow and the order window will be extended? I just tried the order link that went out in the reminder emails, which doesn't seem to work anymore.
Yeah, once CS gets their stuff sorted out we will extend the store and send out an email blast to give everyone a chance to get their orders in
Still trying to sort things out with Champ Sys and the most recent clothing order. The board is on it and we will communicate as soon as we have more information

As seen on Slack:
Hey all, here is the new info from Champ Sys. If you are looking to put in an order for before April, here is your chance
Opened a new store for the remaining people who need to order: https://custom2.champ-sys.com/teamstore/?KissenaMarch2023

The first part of the order was sent into production. Due to the gap in payment and shipping we needed to get orders to the factory to process. The first part will ship March 22 and if everyone orders by 5pm CST on Monday, March 6th, the second part should ship March 22nd as well.
Does anyone know how Champ Sys calculates shipping? Looks like I'm paying $45 for 5 items all going to to the same place.
My shipping cost was $30 for 2 Items - Seems like their shipping charges are just high
Hmmmmn.  Is there a way to combine?
BUMP - reminder that the kit order closes tomorrow (Monday) at 5pm

P.S. - Champ Sys have not responded about the higher than usual shipping
My guess is that they are air freighting straight from their factory in China.

I would expect you're correct about that.

However, still seems high.  I just paid $15 for shipping a pair of gloves--Which is adding nearly 50% to the cost of the gloves.  Feel kind of foolish spending that much (but it's a sign of how much I love you all!).    Looking around on eBay would suggest that something so small and light can cost something in the range of $3 or less.

Maybe we should pool shipping in the future?
they issue is the each item is costing $15 , surprising such a sophisticated website hasn't figured out how to calculate cost based on order , not units
Might be too late for the current order, but just got a response moments ago from Champ-Sys

Anyone who has not placed their order yet can used TRANSITION15 to get the 15% off their order. For those that have already paid, we can add that discount and refund the difference prior to sending the order to the factory.

We do need to update the shipping cost language as it is misleading. This is how the shipping charges work for team stores:

The 15% discounts everyone gets covers the cost of shipping, as well as providing additional discount depending on their spending level.

We are currently dealing with a huge customer service load and are no way trying to be untruthful. We are just overwhelmed. We appreciate you reminding us of things that didn’t get done. It honestly is very helpful as we go through this transition.

I messaged them that most everyone would need the refund
I just realized I forgot to place my order so I guess I'll get the discount. Sometimes it pays to be off the back!

The board is actively looking at other clothing suppliers given some of the recent challenges with Champ sys which don't hold promise for improving. It is likely we will be ordering our next team order via another provider. We have narrowed our options to 2-3 main suppliers and are actively evaluating. We will make sure to update everyone as we make progress
@StephenAschkenes

As someone who has been with Kissena since the choice of Champ-Sys, it's a real disappointment that we've come to this, as it were.  I would have hoped that our long standing relationship with them would have been worth something.  I guess they have other issues that are far more pressing to them.  Wonder what those are.
I also have been rocking champ sys for well over 15 years( same website  =) ) at the time it seemed like there weren't that many options for custom kit companies , the market does seem a lot more competitive these days and we don't have the personnel connection with champ sys anymore .

Hey Pumpkin Head!

TLDR:Bulk order of orange Lazer G1 at 50% is open through March 15th. Order one now!

Want a new lid? How about one that is lightweight, looks great with your Kissena kit, makes you easily spotted in the peloton, is highly visible to drivers and most importantly protects your frontal cortex?

Sounds good, right? Even better is that we have negotiated a bulk helmet order at wholesale prices, so here is your opportunity to get a new helmet for less than you will find anywhere else. Hot tip: you can probably even sell your old helmet for close to what you are paying for the new helmet.

There is bad news and good news. The bad news is that Kask is no longer making the Protone in Kissena orange. The good news is that Hilltop Bicycles has stepped up to offer the stylish orange Lazer G1 at 50% off. The G1 is a light, well ventilated helmet with MIPS. The G1 retails for $250 and our price is $125 (plus tax). This offer is for members who have renewed membership in 2023, but you can purchase more than one.

This bulk order is open through Wednesday March 15th. Use this linkto select your helmet(s) and pay via PayPal. We will announce when the helmets arrive at Hilltop Bicycles at which time you will be able to pick them up from the shop. Questions? Post on the Kit Connoisseur thread of the forum or DM me on Slack. Check out more information about the helmet here

Note that there is a an alternate helmet offer for members who prefer the orange Kask Utopia (their aero helmet). Turns out that Kask is discontinuing this model and that if you act quickly and message me with your interest it may be possible to score some at $120 plus tax. Because the helmet stock is limited and we need to order at least 5 to put this order through it is not certain whether we can get some. If interested in the Utopia offer you need to DM me on Slack (@patrick grehan) and let me know by this weekend and we will try to secure some.

I’ve included Lazer’s sizing guidelines below (Small = 52-56, Medium = 55-59, Large = 58-61).

Order your Lazer helmet here

This is a great deal, Thanks all, however , I'm a little hesitant about jumping in on this order , it seems clear that this model is being phased out ( no world tour teams use this model) do we know if they plan on offering the newer models in orange also ,
Its just that I'm seeing a KCC group on the road with POC ,Kask and Lazer helmet mash up ,
sorry just a thought
( no world tour teams use this model)
FWIW, Vingegaard was wearing one at Paris-Nice today.  Kuss was wearing it on the mountain stages of the UAE Tour.  Jumbo-Visma is the only WorldTour team rocking Lazer.

Best I can tell, Lazer introduced this model in 2020. Three years seems a bit shorter than many typical helmet design lifetimes.  The Protone wasn't updated for something like eight years, maybe longer.
@Mark Taylor  I should have added that the helmet Lazer introduced last year, the Vento Kineticore, aka the aero road helmet Jumbo-Visma is using, might suggest that Lazer is experimenting with ways to both lighten helmets and leave MIPS behind, and that it's possible they've got something lined up to replace the G1 using that technology.
Thanks @mugwump
didn’t notice that a few guys still using G1 , as most have been going with this model, not sure what it is , but thats why I assumed incorrectly that they were phasing out the G1
my overall  point was merely that in a years time we will be back we’re we were with first ,POC and then Kask when they stopped the orange versions
