Ok, based on that formula my TSS this week was 810 for 15.5 hours.  Maybe I'm still doing it wrong.  Whatever I smashed it.

Bike score with the guys yesterday was 40 pts higher than the orchards with Garrigan 3 weeks ago.  He must be holding me back.

I dunno, Jeff, you were on the front a lot yesterday, and you were smashing climb after climb.  I wouldn't be surprised if you had a harder day.  My legs are toast today (a score of dark brown to mostly black and fully carbonized on the Toastmaster scale).

I actually find the Toastmaster scale more comprehensible than all this TSS gibberish. No joke.

I'll be at the Gwb by 9 today if anyone else is out

I'm in pp today (now) and plan to do an early long ride tomorrow morning... 5am-ish

Brendan, I'm going out today over the GWB around 9am for a ride of unknown distance and direction (wormhole-ish I expect). Also, it's going to be a fiddly ride for me. Lots of stopping, I expect, to fine tune adjustments on my new ride. That said, you and/or anyone else is welcome to join.

Bummer...as you saw when we passed each other...I left considerably later. Who knew changing pedals, bottle cages etc would take so long.
