Group Ride (Sat & Sun)

I'll be out today for a get the F%K back on a bike ride (took a week off due to a crash and not really sleeping at night) to Piermont or so.

I'll also be rolling incognito as my last remaining short sleeve club jersey is beat up now, and will only come out for races now (time to order new ones!) .
ALERT! We had a Greg Donovon sighting this morning! He can still crank out some watts too. He hammered up Lil' Tor good.

Folks peeled off then Ros, Kool Keith, and I went on to Bear Mtn. Where I did a blazing 22:30, which is only about....ummmmm....er.....oh, 4 minutes slower than Joaquin!

Rained a bit on the way back, but it was fun. I'd like to do this ride again soon.
wish i could have joined
Jawbone?

I can't wait for the exaggerated Bear Mtn times, sure to be even bigger fish tales than our Alpine times, right? You know who you are. Zing!
next time we go to bear, the JB will ride along

mueller better get his shit together, though . . . ryan was KILLING him last time
That was bc I had dished out the fat-boy special pain the day before. Joe is still KOM in my book. Xoxoxo
I would love to do this next time
All I have to say is, please pass the ice-pack. Ouch! Keith put the hurt on early and often. Jeff looked fresh even at the 110mile mark.

Final mileage clocked in at exactly 120miles for me. Could have done without the cramping & rain, but good times non the less.

Jules, you & your rice cakes were sadly missed.
You guys were some wounded warriors, with Keith's knee and all. We hit it pretty hard the first 60 miles, so I'm glad you're okay! Cramps with 60 miles to go is not fun. But you hung in there and we had a good time... I hope!

I'm gonna be your own personal barry muzzin the next time there's a JB climb, William.

I too would like to do this ride, soon. Next weekend maybe?
This week looks like rainy hell. But as of now (yes, the forecasts have been off for the last 3 weeks), weekend looks good.

Ragot and Perlberg have to come though.
Jeff, Keith, Greg, Ros et al. Thanks for letting me freeload for the ride up to Bradley. I ended up at Rockland Lake with a Bradley on the way out and a Bradley/Tweed on the way back. Next time I'll hang on with you guys up to Tor. By the way, that seemed a fast tempo for what for you guys was a long ride. Ouch. Thanks again.

I'm looking forward to one of these long ridess, but I might have to cut class to make it happen on a weekday. Weekends are looking pretty booked up.
I WANT JAWBONE

Sundays?
I'm down for a July 14/15 long, savage ride in preparation for Tour of the Catskills.

Leave early, come home at lunch time shattered like so much crystal.

Sundays?
in california this weekend (suckers!) but i could bring the JB next sunday

also . . . since when did you quit church?
WDC,
You're bringing the jawbone to Harlem? Sweet.

Your attendence at the Harlem 2/3 Skyscraper is formally requested.
JB is not going to Harlem

and while i am blushing on this side of the internet at being asked out, i got to say . . . FUNK THAT . . . 45min for $45 is not ok with me, plus, with Giro Del Cielo coming up, I'm better served getting some hills in.
Giro de Cielo ain't hilly. :-(
uphill tt is hilly
Meh. It's just one long drag with one uptick.

Jawbone is mine. I'm turning manorexic.
I guess you all prob know this, but DOT is repaving Alpine for the next few weeks so it's closed. It'll be awesome when it's finished, but you'll have to chose other hills to hit for a bit.
And no Willy, I haven't quit church - I'm just willing to give up a Sunday now and again for a serious BJ...I mean, JB.

God don't like ugly, and She definitely don't like ugly lycra outfits.
Anybody who is not racing doing anything tomorrow?
I'd like to tack on some miles one way or another, but don't haven't planned anything specific. What are you thinking?
Also nothing specific.

If no Kissenas are riding I might go out with that Prospect Peloton group.
I'm up for an early Sunday ride for anyone who's not TTing.

I'm up for rides tomorrow and Sunday.

@Ryan - does the standard 8 a.m. BB/9 a.m. GWB work?

@Jeff - how early?
I might meet you all at 9 @ GWB - something shortish for me, though - gotta be home by 10.30.
I will join tomorrow at 8am BB. I have a bum bum so will be in light-action, cruise mode for the duration.
