Not so sure of that... the Ironman is on the Palisades Interstate Parkway. It looks like 9W will be mostly clear:

I take that back, Hudson Terrace is closed from Masa Ave to Washington Ave in Fort Lee and Cabrini BLVD in Manhattan is also closed so there isn't really a way to get on or off the GWB....

I will probably join you folks for some Sunday ridin'. Dealing with a little knee-tendentious from today's Rockaway ride, but if all is Ok in the AM, I am aiming for long milage tomorrow: BB@8am up 9W,thus I'll likely make this happening "9W-Sunday-mopey-pace" group.

Coming off being sick and lots of days not riding, I'm not too keen to race this weekend. So, I'm headed out from the BB tomorrow at 8.
Not looking for a crazy hard day, but will definitely mix in some hard efforts to start building my legs back up.
