Sorry I cannot join --the hip/hammy took a turn for the worse, and the only thing I'll be riding this weekend is an MRI machine. But have a great ride and an awesome walk-about/hike-about!

Today was a fucking haul! Alyoshas and Ashley were absolutely on FIRE today. Ground me up like a coffee bean. I am now in about 10k pieces and thoroughly roasted.

I'm chipping away at re-building after a horrible August where a week off followed about 3 weeks of being too sick to ride over recovery pace.

I'm on the comeback trail too after a pretty mellow August.  Looking for all things CX related.  Anybody want to do some CX practice Sunday as well?

What's the word on riding the back trails of Prospect on a cross bike?

Remember that Ragot is leading a 'CX workshop on Sat morning at 8am in Cunningham Park.

Achilles is a bit better but I've gained 10 lbs so I'm also up for getting beat down. Saturday looks less rainy than Sunday.

 

An "injured old-man recovery ride"?  I love it!  What time Saturday?  I think my sore ribs and muffintop are up for it.
