From the "George Hincapie: The Loyal Leutenant" documentary on Universal Sports. Note the iron-on patches and the dude on the left. Can anyone identify the venue?

I wouldn't be surprised if it were Cedar Creek Park in Wantagh.
The patches were probably sewn on.
The guys, left to right are: Charlie I, John Loehner, George, Rich Hincapie, and I'm forgetting the last guy.
That uni' was what the Atala pro team in Italy rode. That they were racing it was almost as pro as a kid could get in those days, save Mike McCarthy in the Mengoni outfit, anyone riding for Toga, and the 7-Eleven junior development team.

Probably a ton of trash talking in the peloton. I'm assuming there are guys in there that are really good at pushing buttons in order to gain an advantage, aka what Jordan used to do during his prime.
